Thank you for choosing Scammer Topup. We strive to provide the fastest and most reliable game top-up services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products & Instant Delivery
Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery systems, all sales are final. Once a top-up has been successfully processed and delivered to the provided Game ID, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
2. Incorrect Game ID or Server
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct Game ID and Server/Zone details. If a top-up is delivered to the wrong account because of incorrect information provided by the customer, Scammer Topup is not liable and no refund will be issued.
3. Failed Transactions
In the rare event that a transaction fails but the payment is deducted from your account, our system will typically detect this and issue an automatic credit to your internal wallet (if applicable) or process the order manually within 24-48 hours. If the order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Eligibility & Processing
Eligible refunds (only for unfulfilled orders) will be processed back to the original payment method or credited to your user wallet within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
